Ernestine is a renowned national trainer in diversity, equity & inclusion, leadership development & coaching, results-based accountability framework, and proficient in operational service delivery. Her training facilitation experience spans across various industries, including non-profit grassroots organizations and large corporations. Over the past 7 years, she has trained over 1500 individuals, 100 teams, and coached 52 executive leaders. Ernestine has also helped organizations of approximately $5.6 million in capacity building through proposal/grant writing.
