Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Sessions: Lead and facilitate training workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions tailored to the needs of diverse groups, including executives, managers, and frontline employees.
• Engage Participants: Utilize various facilitation techniques to ensure participant engagement and learning, including group discussions, role-playing, and hands-on activities.
• Assess Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and follow-up sessions to ensure that learning objectives are met.
• Adapt to Client Needs: Customize training delivery to suit the unique culture, challenges, and goals of each client organization, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Support Organizational Development: Provide insights and recommendations for further development initiatives based on participant feedback and observed needs during training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facilitation or training, particularly in the areas of human capital development or organizational effectiveness.

STARTING AT $30 per hour

As a Technical Assistance Specialist at UpSkill etc., you will be responsible for providing essential support during training sessions to ensure they run smoothly and effectively. You will work closely with facilitators and trainers to deliver high-quality educational experiences that enhance the skills and effectiveness of our clients' workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Training Delivery: Assist facilitators during training sessions by setting up and managing technical equipment, including projectors, microphones, and other audio-visual tools, to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Prepare Training Materials: Collaborate with the training team to prepare and distribute training materials, handouts, and digital resources to participants.
• Coordinate Virtual Training Sessions: Set up and manage online training platforms, ensuring that all participants have access and that the virtual environment functions smoothly.
• Assist with Participant Engagement: Help facilitators engage participants by managing breakout sessions, polls, and interactive elements within the training environment.
• Monitor and Evaluate Sessions: Collect feedback from participants and facilitators on the technical aspects of training sessions to continually improve service delivery.
• Maintain Equipment and Resources: Ensure all technical equipment and training resources are properly maintained, organized, and ready for use in future sessions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical support or a related role, preferably in a training or educational environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with facilitators and trainers to enhance the overall training experience.
• Familiarity with online training platforms and virtual meeting tools.
